These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in programs and services provided by McGimsey Soccer Academy Name. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional rules or policies provided by our academy.

Registration and Enrollment

To enroll in McGimsey Soccer Academy Name, you must complete the sheduling process, including providing accurate and up-to-date information about yourself or your child.

You agree to promptly inform us of any changes to your contact information or other relevant details.

Payment and Fees

Payment is required in advance for all programs unless otherwise specified.

Fees for programs are non-refundable, except as provided in our refund policy.

McGimsey Your Soccer Academy reserves the right to modify program fees with prior notice.

Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a program, you must adhere to our cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the program, but we ask that you cancel with at least 24 hour advance notice. Refunds will only be processed for cancellations that adhere to our policy.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other players. In order to be respectful of your fellow players, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible by following the instructions in your confirmation email or email imcgimsey@gmail.com in advance. If necessary, you may leave a detailed message. We will return your email/call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a player misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the player a full-amount missed appointment fee.

For new clients’ first appointments, a no-show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new player's fee.

Weather Delay or Cancellation

Delays or cancellations due to weather may be redeemed within 30 days via a coupon given by the instructor.

Conduct and Expectations

Participants and parents/guardians agree to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times while participating in our programs.

We expect participants to arrive punctually for training sessions and to adhere to the schedule provided.

Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or expulsion from our programs without refund.

Health and Safety

Participants must be in good health and free from any communicable diseases that could pose a risk to others.

Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies that may affect a participant's participation in our programs.

Liability and Waiver

Participation in soccer activities carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. McGimsey Soccer Academy Name is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during our programs.

Participants and parents/guardians agree to release McGimsey Soccer Academy Name, its staff, coaches, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during participation in our programs.

Photo and Video Consent

By enrolling in our programs, you grant McGimsey Soccer Academy the right to use photographs, videos, or other media of participants for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media.

Changes and Updates

McGimsey Soccer Academy Name reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, US. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
